These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 777zc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses any service made available through the 777zc website located at https://777zc.cam ("the Website").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise using any feature of the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

To register and maintain an account on 777zc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Users may register one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address and per device. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

At registration and when submitting a withdrawal request, or at any other time the operator reasonably requests, Users must provide accurate and complete identity information, which may include:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Date of birth confirming the minimum age requirement is met.

By using the 777zc Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method legally owned and controlled by the registered account holder.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual offer terms before any withdrawal may be requested. The wagering multiplier applies to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or per wager applies (typically specified in the offer terms, illustratively PKR 500 per spin). Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

• Abuse Prevention: 777zc reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or fraudulent promotional exploitation is detected.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 777zc Platform. Individual game and market rules are published within each game module or sports market interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless the operator explicitly offers a "cash-out" or "edit bet" feature for a specific market.
• In-play / live betting odds are subject to change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• 777zc reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by obvious pricing errors, manifest odds-feed failures, or events that violate fair play and integrity standards.

• RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, instant games) use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Outcome history does not affect future results.

777zc is committed to providing a gambling environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to all registered Users within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss allowed within a defined time period.

The 777zc name, logo and brand identifiers are proprietary marks of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777zc, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the Platform or its content for any purpose.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777zc Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting), whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, including where a User knows or ought to know that their participation is unlawful.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event.
• Using automated tools, AI-driven betting systems, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform without written authorisation.
• Laundering money or channelling funds of criminal origin through the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, system error or technical fault to gain an advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited faults are void.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information during registration, KYC or support interactions.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties or funding accounts using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Any form of chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes filed with a payment provider that are not the result of genuine fraud by a third party.

777zc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Where continued operation of the account presents a compliance, legal or reputational risk to the operator.

Upon permanent account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of any outstanding bonus liability, reversals or fees will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable processing timescales. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise determined by the operator.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, Users are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance via the Help Center or Live Chat. The operator is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently within a reasonable timeframe.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via the support team.
